CAMERON W. JORDAN Jr. Mr. Jordan a native of Barbados attended the French Culinary Institute of New York and has been a chef, managing and working in the industry for nearly 30 years. Mr. Jordan served as a Senior Operating Partner with Ryan's Family Steakhouses, INC. He continued his education with an Advanced Business Program Certificate from New York University.
BRYAN D. SINGLETON Mr. Singleton a native of Cheraw, SC has extensive experience in the food service industry and served as a Senior Operating Partner with Ryan's Family Steakhouse, INC for almost 20 years. Mr. Singleton served in the United States Navy and earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from South Carolina State University.
JOHN P. BOKEN Mr. Boken a native of Columbia, SC received his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. His extensive knowledge of 15 years in food service experience includes work with independent and chain restaurants, major hotels, country clubs, catering services and food competitions. He is currently an active service member of the South Carolina Army National Guard and supports his fellow service members.
